We’ve been in your shoes

We started out as hands-off property investors. When things started to go wrong, we had to step in and take over which was really tough as we had to learn a lot and very quickly. We managed to turn our non-performing portfolio around so we are experienced in dealing with difficult situations.

Because we’ve been in both the investor/landlord position and additionally in the managing agent role, we can see both sides and understand concerns from both sides.

Coming from a background of IT and consultancy roles, we are experienced in solving problems and coming up with solutions to complex problems. We know that short term fixes and bodges just don’t cut it in property. It’s a long term game and requires a long term strategy to make it work.

Honesty and Integrity

We believe very strongly that honesty and integrity are the foundation of any relationship and especially one where it’s a long term investment. We will always do what we say we’re going to do and never try to oversell or hype up a situation to make you go for it.

We’ve had our fair share of this over the years and it’s really not helpful or appreciated as everything gets found out in the end. We are not sales people and therefore we don’t sell amazing opportunities which never deliver. In property, it’s better to be safe and consistent than believe the hype of abnormally high returns and too good to be true pitches.
